Live experience, lasting proof
Event Storytelling:
Make the event matter after the room empties
Event Storytelling turns a live occasion into communication that continues to build authority, trust and opportunity long after the final guest has left.
We identify why the gathering matters, which people and ideas carry the story, and what future audiences should understand when they encounter the resulting assets.
What the story may need to communicate
The work may reveal the atmosphere of the occasion, ideas shared by speakers, the quality of the audience and relationships, the brand's role in convening the conversation, or evidence supporting the next event, partnership or sales discussion.

Event Storytelling in practice
Delvaux at London Craft Week 2022
For Delvaux’s reception during London Craft Week 2022, we created a concise film that brings together the setting, moments of craft and the social atmosphere of the occasion.
Rather than recording the evening chronologically, the edit preserves its character and gives audiences beyond the guest list a sense of being there.
Focused starting scope
one event and one venue;
up to ten consecutive hours of coverage, including the meal break;
approximately 30 finished photographs;
one principal film of 60 to 90 seconds and two short extracts;
agreed subtitles and delivery versions;
Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos finishing with agreed SDR and stereo derivatives.
Full talks, simultaneous rooms, additional interview stations, live streaming, rapid press delivery, same-day films, venue AV integration, and sponsor-specific versions are additional.
Before and after the event
Before production, we clarify the audience, objective, schedule, access and priority moments. Afterwards, the assets may support follow-up communication, PR, stakeholder reporting, partner amplification, future sponsorship, ticket sales and the launch of the next event.
Make the event matter beyond the day
Tell us why the occasion matters, who needs to encounter its story, and what the resulting communication should help achieve.
We will identify the moments, people and ideas that should carry the story, then determine whether Event Storytelling is the right Format for creating lasting value from the occasion.
From a live discussion to a lasting knowledge library
The Shard: The Inquiry that Shaped the Icon
In February 2026, we documented a panel discussion at GIA Surveyors exploring the planning inquiry that enabled Renzo Piano’s design for The Shard to become part of London’s skyline.
The discussion brought together Chris Katkowski KC of Kings Chambers and Russell Harris KC of Landmark Chambers. It was organised and moderated by Lorenzo Pandolfi of Logic Planning and introduced by Simone Pagani of GIA Surveyors.
Following a preliminary reconnaissance, we photographed and filmed the talk and reception, supplied the audio and PA systems, and produced a complete two-hour record and five concise editorial extracts.
This short clip features Simone Pagani’s introduction, which frames The Shard as an example of what can happen when ambition, skilled advocacy and the courage to pursue a difficult idea come together.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
While standard coverage records what happened, Event Storytelling begins with why the occasion matters, who needs to encounter it afterwards, and which people, ideas and moments will communicate that value most effectively.
The result is shaped as lasting communication rather than a simple chronological record.
-
Yes. We recommend photography, film or an integrated approach, depending on the event’s objective, schedule and intended destinations.
We do not automatically include both when one medium can communicate the story more effectively.
-
Yes, when these requirements are identified during planning. Simultaneous spaces, complete presentations, additional interview areas, live streaming and venue-system integration may require a broader production approach.
Storytelling edits, complete recordings and live delivery are treated as separate requirements and agreed accordingly.
-
We normally require the confirmed programme, venue access information, priority contributors and moments, relevant permissions, and one client contact responsible for decisions on the day.
We then develop production priorities based on what the event needs to communicate and what should happen after it.
