Diagnose the experience
Find where value is being lost
A strong real-world experience can still be weakened by an unclear website, inconsistent imagery, a hesitant booking journey or communication that fails to explain why the brand is worth choosing.
The Brand & Experience Audit identifies the gaps between what the brand genuinely offers, what the audience currently perceives and what needs to change next.
What the Audit is designed to reveal
We look for moments when:
the value of the experience is hard to understand;
the brand promise shifts between touchpoints;
imagery creates the wrong expectation or fails to spark desire;
important proof is missing or hard to find;
the journey introduces uncertainty before an enquiry or booking;
strong projects, people or stories are not contributing to reputation.
Focused starting scope
The focused Audit examines one brand, location or proposition, one principal audience, one clearly defined objective and up to five agreed communication touchpoints.
It includes an evidence-led gap analysis, prioritised recommendations, a practical 90-day action plan and one presentation and discussion of the findings.
Touchpoints may include the website, the booking or enquiry journey, photography, film, social presence, PR material or sales presentations. On-site experience review, stakeholder interviews, peer analysis and implementation can be added when the objective requires them.
What you receive
You receive an accurate diagnosis of where perception, trust or commercial progress is being weakened, what should be corrected first, and which actions can wait.
The recommendations distinguish between improvements the client can make internally and work that may require strategy, production or specialist implementation.
Why audit before producing
More content cannot, on its own, repair an unclear proposition. New photography will not resolve a confused customer journey if it is placed in the wrong context. A beautiful film cannot fulfil its commercial role if nobody decides where and how it should be used.
The Audit protects the next investment by establishing the purpose first.
Commissioning the Audit
Typical delivery for the focused scope is within two to three weeks. Wider decision journeys, multiple audiences, interviews, site visits, or an extended roadmap require a broader Strategic Foundation programme.
After a brief enquiry, we confirm whether the focused Audit is sufficient and share the relevant investment guidance before preparing a written proposal.
