Prospects needed to feel:
The space is real, liveable, and exceptional.
The engineering is precise, not cold.
This is eco-luxury you can trust.
The Craft
A detailed shot list and schedule designed to maximise daylight across three days.
Interior movement built for spatial understanding, not just beauty shots.
Cinematic tools selected for speed and stability, including RED cinema cameras and stabilised rigs.
FPV drone sequences to deliver a visceral, memorable sense of flow through the architecture.

The Outcome
A coherent asset library that improves clarity for prospects before a visit.
Content designed to reduce sales friction and function as a conversion tool across web, social, and advertising.
Stronger visual consistency across channels, reinforcing trust in design quality.
We completed this production over three days, creating a detailed shot list and organising the schedule to make the best use of daylight and resources.
Here is our FPB drone pilot bedazzling flight in and out of the house with his UAV.
To film the interiors, we use state-of-the-art equipment, including RED cinema cameras (Komodo 6k with global shutter to optimise fast-moving views), stabilisers on body vest (DJI Ronin RS3 Pro on Tilta Float) and accent lighting (Astera Titan LED tubes).
You can see the team in action in two alternative cuts of this behind-the-scenes video by Alfoe, our buzz specialist.
