From Public House to Luxury Home

Eventually everything changes...

This also true for this 18th-century public house in Mayfair, London which has recently been converted into a stunning private home.

From the existing three-storey building the developer has obtained planning permission and built a completely remodelled construction of about 9,000 sq.ft. on three storeys above street level plus roof garden and other three storeys underground, which include a home cinema, a gym and a swimming pool.

An articulate design with a double height living area, lifts serving all floors, the integration of complex smart home control and the use of precious natural finish materials give this property an ultimate touch of luxury.

We had the pleasure to shoot this beautiful home thanks to the appointment by Stone Theatre, who supplied and fitted the marble and natural stone floors and wall cladding throughout the house.

Here is what Marcus Baron, Stone Theatre's creative director is saying about Marco:

"Marco is a pleasure to work with, highly professional and always open to creative suggestions. His work ethic is all abut getting the best results for the client. We will be using him on a regular basis from now on. "
